In accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and applicable data protection regulations, you have the right to request the deletion of any data that Centry has collected through your use of our service and your connected Meta ad account.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request the deletion of your data from Centry, please follow these steps:
- Disconnect your Meta ad account from Centry through your dashboard settings, or revoke access directly through your Meta Business Integrations settings.
- Send a deletion request by emailing privacy@trycentry.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Centry account.
What Happens Next
Upon receiving your request, we will:
- Confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
- Delete all ad account performance data, campaign metrics, and optimization history associated with your account within 30 days.
- Delete your account information (name, email, settings) from our systems.
- Send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
What data do we delete?
All data associated with your Centry account, including: Meta ad account performance data (ROAS, CPA, CPM, spend data), optimization action logs, account settings and guardrail configurations, and your personal information (name, email).
Immediate Actions You Can Take
You can immediately revoke Centry's access to your Meta ad account at any time by visiting your Meta Business Integrations settings and removing Centry. This will immediately stop all monitoring and optimization activity on your account.
Data Retention
We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention or resolving disputes). Any retained data will be limited to the minimum necessary and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
